Most file transformations occur locally in your browser; tools that need a public lookup or a Nexifr processing service disclose that before use. We show ads to keep this service free. Use our platform responsibly and legally.
Acceptance
By accessing Nexifr, you confirm you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the tools.
Output Ownership
Any files, formatting, or outputs you generate are 100% yours. You can use, distribute, and monetize them freely.
Prohibited Action
Do not use automated scripts to overload our servers or try to reverse-engineer our web infrastructure.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect issues resulting from tool usage.

By accessing or using any part of the Nexifr website (nexifr.comand related subdomains, collectively the “Service” or “Platform”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account Requirements
Nexifr is a no-account, no-registration platform. You may use all 136+ tools without providing any personal information. You represent that you are at least 13 years of age.
3. Description of Service
Nexifr provides free, privacy-first web tools organized across six studios:
- Asset Studio (30 tools)
- Media Studio (14 tools)
- SEO Studio (13 tools)
- Accessibility Studio (4 tools)
- Developer Studio (51 tools)
- Public Studio (24 tools)
4. Permitted Use
You retain full ownership of all content you process through Nexifr tools. Tool outputs are freely usable for any personal or commercial purpose.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, system abuse, automated script overloading, or ad fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
The Nexifr brand, logo, website design, source code, and all associated intellectual property are the exclusive property of Nexifr Operations.
7. Disclaimer & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXIFR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexifr Operations and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or losses.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Nexifr has no control over third-party content or privacy practices.
10. Advertising & Monetization
Nexifr displays advertisements through Google AdSense to fund operations. Users in the EEA/UK are shown a Consent Management Platform pop-up.
11. Termination
Nexifr reserves the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
